Growing up in a cul-de-sac suburb north of Dallas and spending her summers in Seaside, FL, Liz Stanton learned early on that not all places are created equally.

This realization led her to Charleston, SC, where she earned a degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning, diving into New Urbanism and developing a passion for historic architecture. Then ventured to the University of Miami to pursue concurrent master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Design, deepening her expertise in blending traditional design with modern needs.


Now, through Liz Stanton Studio, she works to enhance the built environment, preserve architectural tradition and heritage, and create timeless spaces that feel uniquely suited to our time.
